
Becoming More Extroverted as an Introvert

I'm still a work in progress in this area. But all of the things below have helped me a ton.
- Start a workout regime. Go for a morning run or join a gym. A fitter body will make you feel better about yourself and you will be exposed to more people.
- Go to large events like concerts. Attend concerts of artists you really like. That way you can really vibe, dance with other people, and just have a great social experience.
- Go do things that make you uncomfortable. If you see someone who seems not busy and is dining alone, you can politely ask them 'Can I join you?' or 'Can I sit here?'. I have tried this a bunch of times and it has worked well. I've had interesting conversations and even went on a whole day trip with one of them.
