Ever since I adopted a regular morning run of 2.5 to 3 km, I have felt so much better about myself.
Investing 30 to 60 minutes in exercise every day counter intuitively saves you time. You are able to carry out all your daily activities with much better efficiency.
Don't be pennywise and pound foolish. If you ever get sick because of neglecting your health, you might end up being sick for 2 to 3 days straight, or in a hospital for longer if it is something serious. At least that has happened to me multiple times when I was not taking care of my health. You will never get those days of your life back.
